Vegetarian Haggis is great in leftover dishes, give this one a try!
200g Vegetarian Haggis
1 beaten egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix together the leftover haggis, neeps and tatties in a bowl and using your hands mould into round balls.
Flatten on top and dip the patty into the egg once beaten in a bowl.
Put the bread crumbs onto a flat surface and roll the patties on top until coated.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes, turning over to ensure they are golden brown on both sides.
